Tea Cosy Festival ‘Life on the farm’ @ Fish Creek
The Tea Cosy Festival hits Fish Creek 16–24 May 2026, bringing with it the warmth, wit and creativity that have made this biennial event one of South Gippsland’s most distinctive celebrations.
At the heart of it all is the much-loved Tea Cosy Exhibition, filling the Fish Creek Hall with over 200 imaginative competition entries.
The 2026 festival also has a rich program of workshops and special events that extends well beyond the exhibition itself.
Visitors can look forward to workshops on knitting, felting, crocheting, weaving native grasses into coasters, using native plants for medicinal teas, painting and other art sessions, lino cuts, a Japanese Tea Ceremony, and the very elegant High Tea on Sunday 24 May.
The Festival runs every day with the exhibition in the Hall open 10am-4pm. Workshops and events are available for purchase on the website – teacosyfestival.com.au. Food and drink will be available for purchase from the local businesses. Devonshire Teas will also be available in the Hall on the weekends.
