We have a superb range of events throughout the Festival, as well as our famous exhibition of brilliantly crafted tea cosies.

This year’s theme is “Celebrations and Celebrities” with incredible, unique creations arriving daily.

We are looking forward to showcasing our unique town, an array of artists and artistic pursuits, fabulous local businesses and much more!

The festival aims to celebrate the nurturing and welcoming nature of the town, the creativity and resourcefulness of its residents and its ability to blend traditional and new ways of doing things.

Held over nine days, the feature event of the festival is the Tea Cosy Competition.

Entries are exhibited every day and include traditional and whimsical tea cosies that have been crafted using a range of media depending on the imagination and ingenuity of the artist.

Other events include High Tea, Market Day, tea appreciation, Devonshire Teas, craft workshops and artistic performances, which showcase the many talents of the community….
