After the international success of David Scheel’s flagship show, ‘Don’t Shoot Me, I’m Only the Piano Player’, and its sequel, ‘Mad Maestros’, comes David’s first wholly new show in 8 years. Growing Old Ungracefully is a hilarious take on the ageing process, a personal view as David’s own hair begins to change colour!
Nothing is sacred: health issues, dodgy product labelling, scammers targeting older people, even the taboos of sex, religion and politics!
This is high class, sophisticated and witty comedy from an older person with a very sharp, young mind.
And among it all, David’s trademark brilliance on the piano intersperses all the fun with beautiful music.
