‘Staying in Place’ Information Session @ Leongatha Community House
A free “Staying in Place” Information Session, designed to help community members understand the supports available to help them stay living independently at home for as long as possible.
The session will cover:
• Differences between CHSP, Home Care Packages, and private support services
• What support is available locally and how we can help
• How to access services and eligibility pathways
• Practical planning for aging well at home
This event is designed to support older people, carers, and families across our region.
If you need a lift to the session, we can provide that.
When: Friday 12th December 2025 from 10am to 11am
Where: Leongatha Community House, 16 Bruce St, Leongatha
Entry cost: Free (includes morning tea)
