Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW) – Thanks to our SES Volunteers
Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW Day) is a national day of appreciation held annually to thank State Emergency Services (SES) volunteers.
People across Australia are encouraged to wear orange to honour the volunteers.
In the last 12 months alone our volunteers have responded to over 32,000 requests for assistance to keep our communities safe.
We can’t thank our volunteers enough – they truly are heroes in orange.
