R U OK? want to reassure Australians that you don’t need to be an expert to have an R U OK? conversation; listening and giving someone your time might be just what they need to help them through.
By having regular, meaningful conversations about life’s ups and downs, we can help the people in our world feel supported and encourage them to access help before they are in crisis.
